Social Media Marketing Admin Intern
Singapore · Internship
We are looking for an organised, curious intern to support our marketing team with social media content, creator coordination, campaign tracking and day-to-day administration. You will contribute to real work with team guidance and review.
What you’ll do
- Support content planning and maintain social media and campaign calendars.
- Draft captions, short-form content ideas and simple visuals; assist with basic video editing and scheduling after approval.
- Help coordinate creator outreach, briefs, product samples, schedules and campaign follow-ups.
- Assist with livestream preparation, product information, run sheets and agreed on-session administrative tasks.
- Maintain organised campaign trackers, asset folders and records using Google Workspace, spreadsheets and other team tools.
- Monitor assigned comments and enquiries, prepare responses for review and escalate issues to the team.
- Compile basic performance reports and research relevant content trends, creators and competitors.
- Support day-to-day marketing administration and coordination with internal teams and partners.
What you’ll bring
- Currently pursuing, or recently completed, studies in marketing, communications, business, media or a related field; applicants with relevant skills and interest are welcome.
- Clear written communication, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Interest in social media, creator marketing, e-commerce and livestream content.
- Basic familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, or similar productivity tools.
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback and work collaboratively.
- Canva, CapCut, short-form video editing or experience managing a social account would be an advantage.
- Share any additional language skills relevant to content or customer communication; these are an advantage, not a blanket requirement.

Internship arrangements
Allowance, internship duration, weekly working hours, start date and work arrangement: discussed during interview. Please include your availability and any school placement requirements in your application.
